This was a wonderfully fun custom design. We needed something to complement the fantastically brilliant faceted Orange Zircon our customer selected. After searching through our "exotic" stones, we found this Carnelian which had a undulating bubbling surface with a matte finish. Just right for our customer who knows who she is - and wears what is right for her.

In 2000 David & I went to Idar Oberstein, Germany and had the privilege of meeting Bernd Munsteiner at his studio and show room. David loves the exotic beauty that Bernd finds in his stones. so we began collecting them as we could afford to. This Aquamarine is one example of Bernd's cutting style. David set pale blue Sapphires with the Aquamarine.

Mexican Fire Agate with Diamond Wedding Band
This was a fun project - a young couple living in New York found David's work on our web site and commissioned him to make their wedding rings...they sent along a family diamond and talked about the fire agate ring they had seen on the web site...and so the project began.
